7in floppies, had those st school and 5.25in ones at home.
If you had a special square hole punch you could make them double sided.
Well back in the Dark Ages when I was in jail oops I mean Arcadia Unified School District . We did not even have computers and in spite of being a so-so school district.
But I somehow learned a few important things while there. Like how drugs could really mess up your life. (Drugs hit my school like a B-52 Arc Light while I was there)
Or how you never made fun of a certain teacher’s wife. As that man had no problem whatsoever in trying to shove you thru a brick wall.
Anyways & more importantly have a Great New Years!

Our school was gifted a CBM (Commodore business machine) office units, there was 12 computers which were a 6in green screen with integrated processor, and a keyboard. All of them used coax cable on the back to connect to the common drive which was a dual floppy unit and to a tractor fed daisy wheel printer. They were the 8032 model.. pretty sure thats 40+ years ago.
Time sure does fly huh? All I know is that my mind still thinks its 29 years old. While my body wonders why it’s not dead already!
