In other words don’t go out in the heat unless you have to. If you don’t have Air Conditioning try these places. Your Local Library, Hospital waiting room, your bank and Government Buildings. (The Deep State loves their comfort)

Also drink a lot of water, stay in the shade, don’t drink a lot of booze. (I can’t believe that I wrote that one but its true)

Check your urine color the darker it is means you need to drink some more fluids. Another nasty thing is if you have the runs / shits. I would say its time to see the medical folks.
