These unaltered* Springfields are becoming mighty scarce lately. So the prices of them are steadily going up. So if you see one for sale, you might want to think about buying it.

*Also though the Sportized ones if done right are some fine shooting irons. I found the ones I own to shoot just as well and even better than my Winchester Models 70’s & Remington 700’s.
