Interesting. Are those privacy curtains around the heads (in the bowsprits) while the ships are in dock? You wouldn’t want to row your boat underneath them….

I imagine that they help cut down the glare from the water. That and while not often it can get mighty war in England. Thanks for the kind words Earl! Grumpy
