I have never seen one of these before but it’s a Smith so I like it on general principles. But if I wanted 8 rounds with 357 power I’d just buy a 10- or 11-round compact 10mm. Probably weighs less, less bulky than that 8-round cylinder, 10mm has more energy and you’d get more of its potential with the longer barrel of an auto, and if you ever need it you get a faster 15-round reload (I wonder if you can even find a speed-loader for the Smith). A solution in search of a problem.
