Extractor cut for coned breached rifles with claw extractors. There are several differnet types of receivers that need extractor cuts such as this.
These include the M1917 Enfield, 1903 springfield, and the earlier or claw extractor M70 Winchester Rifles. This is just one way to make this cut.
The alternative with a mill is to use an end mill if you can tip the head, or a woodruff cutter.
