A Stevens No. 425 High Power Lever Action Rifle. According to the Blue Book of Gun Values, This rifle was originally designed by John Redfield, and approx. 26,000 rifles were manufactured between 1910-1917.
The rifle was manufactured in 4 different calibers (.25 Rem., .30 Rem., .32 Rem. or .35 Rem.)
The barrel length is 22 inches with a 2/3 length magazine tube, side ejection, blue only, plain walnut stock and forearm.
BUT, according to Brophy’s Marlin Book, they believe only about 1,000 of this rifle were manufactured.
