The NSA intercepts all phone and digital communications. The computers then catalogue it and look for keywords or suspicious patterns. Only if it is above a certain threshold or if your part of an active investigation.
Its why a friend and me text strings of letters and numbers to each other on a random interval…. Just to make sure someone has a surreal day.
