This work depicts the opening of the battle, and gives a good idea of the odds faced by B Company, 2nd Battalion, 24th Regiment of Foot, and the other British troops trapped at the mission station.
By the way, if you have not seen it yet. I can recommend the film called Zulu with Michael Caine in it. It is well worth the time watching it! Grumpy
